Home Take Action Making complaints

Expressing our concerns . . .

In making our concerns known to companies and television stations, or making a 'complaint', we need to act promptly .

We need to express our concerns politely, outlining our concern in the first paragraph.

A short explanation of why we are concerned is appropriate, then end with a request for action.

See our 'Letter Writing' page for assistance in writing a letter.

In some cases, a phone call may be appropriate. Look up the relevant details for the company, body or person and phone them!
