1. Queensland election landslide Or was that an avalanche? The Liberal National Party is in power. At present they have 73 confirmed seats and could have up to 80 seats. If Labor won all the undecided seats they would still only have 10 seats. KAP has 2 seats and 2 have been held by Independents. See source article. 4. Andrew Bolt writes about the 'truth' of the Bible Recently Andrew Bolt wrote an article questioning some aspects of the truthfulness of the Bible - in particular, the account of the time of Jesus' birth and the creation of Adam and Eve in Gen 1 and 2. He argued that there are contradictions in the Bible. Many people responded to his article online saying that these have been dealt with by Biblical scholars and that there are no contradictions.
