Green Paper
The Rudd government has released its 'Green Paper' on carbon emissions and trading ... on 16 July 2008.
Over the next few months they will be asking for input from business...
The most disturbing initial response is their use of the word 'POLLUTION'! They call it the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme (CAPRS).

In the 7.30 Report Kevin Rudd noted there would be some compensation to low income families and those on pensions - and also to protect 'high-emitting' industries.
